[JTND]Off Topic: You May Be Arrested for A Concealed Screwdriver

From Mainichi Shimbun(English):

[If the bill is approved in the Diet, the possession of special tools
for break-in would be punishable with a maximum jail term of one year
or a fine of up to 500,000 yen(U.S.$4200). In the draft bill, common
tools such as screwdrivers and drills are also banned if you carry
them concealed without legitimate purposes, and violators face the
same penalties.--Naoki]
