[JTND] DoCoMo Jumps in Flat Rate PHS Data Services

NTT DoCoMo will add a flat rate subscription plan to its PHS(Personal
Handy-phone System) data services. The service enable users to connect
to the Internet with notebook PCs and PDAs.
