Some disclosure about myself and disclaimer: 

I am a small business owner in Yokohama, Japan. My company,
Matatabi.Com Inc. offers research and consulting services. Previously,
I was reporter and editor in Tokyo and spent some time in the United
States as a technology trade press correspondent and as a free-lancer
covering information technology and medicine. My company and I aren't
affiliated with any government or private organizations. The views
expressed in Matatabi Report reflect the views and opinions of mine
and the individual contributors alone.
